One of my favorite on-the-go meals is a Chicago style hot dog. Traditionally, a Chicago dog is a steamed, boiled or grilled, all-beef Vienna hot dog on a poppy seed bun. The hot dog is topped with mustard, onion, sweet pickle relish, a dill pickle spear, tomato slices, pickled sport peppers, and a dash of celery salt.
